All our furniture is handcrafted in South Africa and made to order. We maintain a 7–8 week production lead time, which cannot be expedited. This timeline does not include delivery to your location. To ensure timely receipt, we recommend placing your order during your second trimester of pregnancy.

Lead Times

All of our furniture at Pinkfoot Boutique is proudly locally made—crafted with love, care, and great attention to detail. Because we focus on quality and fine craftsmanship, our lead time is 6 to 8 weeks from the time your order is confirmed.

We kindly encourage you to place your order well in advance, especially if you're preparing for your baby’s arrival. The earlier, the better—this allows us the time we need to create something truly special, without rushing the process.

We understand how exciting and sometimes overwhelming this journey can be, but we promise: good things take time. Rushing the process won’t help, and we’d much rather deliver something perfect than something fast.

If you do have a specific timeline in mind or need your order a little sooner, please reach out to us directly. We’ll always do our best to assist where we can.

Deliveries

We’re so happy to help you prepare your little one’s space, and part of that journey includes getting your beautiful furniture to you safely.

At Pinkfoot Boutique, we offer delivery on all our furniture items. For areas outside of Cape Town, we work exclusively with trusted courier companies who specialise in transporting delicate pieces. This helps ensure your order arrives safely and in the best condition possible. If anything should go wrong during transit, please know that we’ll be here to assist you as quickly and kindly as we can.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind:


Please make sure someone is available to assist when your delivery takes place. If your order needs to go upstairs, into a nursery, or through narrow spaces, an extra pair of hands will make the process smoother.

If doors, gates, or fixtures need to be removed to bring the furniture in, please arrange this beforehand. Our delivery partners are not responsible for making structural changes to gain access.

Before placing your order, double-check the dimensions of the furniture and your entryways. Unfortunately, we can’t be held responsible if a piece doesn’t fit into your space once it arrives.
